She offers postpartum planning meetings that get the birthing person and their partner into an intentional space of planning out their needs, wants and desires for the immediate postpartum time and into the following months (along with home visits postpartum). She helps with grocery shopping, healthy recipes, food prep, and cooking through pregnancy and postpartum. She also covers lactation support by coming to your house and doing prenatal lactation education classes or providing assistance with any issues that you may have once the baby has arrived.
